My journey began in the world of data science, where I learned that every piece of data has a story to tell. I built a career using data to solve problems and make better decisions. But despite the success in tech, I felt something was missing—I wanted to feel strong and clear in my mind.

 

I started with weightlifting, and soon discovered calisthenics. Simple exercises like push-ups and pull-ups showed me that taking care of my body also sharpens my mind. Every rep helped build both strength and focus.

 

Now, I balance my work in data science with a regular fitness routine. I truly believe that when you care for your body, your mind follows. If I can find this balance, why not you!
